Do you get an error message or anything like that? If so, what does it say?
Be sure to reboot at the end of the update install, if it prompts you to, as the new files will not all be in place until after a reboot.
Please check the installer was fully downloaded, as shown here:
If the installer is OK, we have seen some antivirus block writing new exe/dll files that are not well known to them yet, which could be the problem.
