That's not an Opus error message.
Is this the german version?
Because I got the same Error.
After pressing "ok" the installation continued.

Yes, German version and at 3/4 of progress bar. After "ok" installation ends, but DO seems to work.
Thanks for the report. I've rebuilt the German installer and uploaded it again. It works for me on a 32-bit install on a virtual machine.
(I've checked it on a 64-bit machine as well. --
