I don't see any problem when I do the same thing.

What is displayed inside the viewer pane when this happens? Is it a third-party viewer?

Can't reproduce that, sorry.

From your screenshot it looks like the viewer plugin isn't resizing when it's told to. It's also missing the scrollbar at the bottom as a result. But I am not sure how that can happen, if it's the standard text plugin and hasn't been modified.

I found the problem, I installed Windhawk and Slick Window Arrangement, which disabled the Slick Window Arrangement plug -in. Dopus is normal.

I'm surprised they found a way to break positioning of a child window like that, but alternative window managers have caused some strange problems over the years.
