I use dopus 12.6 x64 on win 10 x64, when I delete file, it compeleted immediately, but if I delete a directory even within only 1 text file, it stays at 99% for much time, I have unchecked calculate the files in directory yet. so what's the problem?
That entire operation is done by Windows, including the progress dialog. Opus just gives Windows a list of files to move to the Recycle Bin and Windows does the rest. You should see the same delay if you do the same thing from File Explorer. I often ask myself what Windows is doing when Recycling Files. I have a feeling that if the operations takes long enough for the progress dialog to appear at all then it will keep the progress dialog on screen for a minimum amount of time, even if the operation has completed, to avoid the dialog appear and immediately disappear in a flash. (I don't agree with that design, but I feel the same about a lot of things in Windows. )
If you delete without using the Recycle Bin, Opus handles everything by itself and there should not be any strange delays.
