Where do I find the Advanced Rename dialog?

I use version 9.1.2.0.3429 (evaluation version) and like to use the Script mode.

Select the files you want to rename and then click the Rename button on the toolbar (or File / File Commands / Rename). Then click the Advanced button.

I have a similar problem except that I cannot get the advanced rename box to appear, it worked fine in 11 but in vers. 12 I only get a simple rename without a button to show the advanced. The is no /command under file/ to open this and I can find no settings in preferences that would affect this behavior. You can see the dialogue box I am getting at the bottom of the jpg.
Any help appreciated.

Is Use Simple Rename turned on here? If so, click it to turn it off, then try again.
