Hello,
I only replaced 1 toolbar with my own background. Where is the best place to store this image so it gets backed up? Do I just need to create a theme or something else?
Thanks

Have a look in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Images - if your image is there, which i expect it is, then it will be backed up with your preferences as long as you check the Backup images check box.

Thanks aussie,
I was in that folder looking for a folder "Images" but it wasn't there, so I created it and the backup worked.
I'm on Windows 7 so I had to go to (just in case someone else needs this info)
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware\Directory Opus
or
/dopusdata from within the dopus address bar
Thanks for letting me know that an Images folder was supposed to be there.

On my XP system, when I add an image to be used as a background, it gets stored in the Images folder in the Directory Opus structure (see screen grab). You are quite right to point out that the location is different under other versions of Windows and that /dopusdata is the safe and easy way to navigate there.

Images used on toolbars are (if you choose during the backup) automatically included in the backup. They don't have to be stored in any particular place.
(I think they will always be restored to /dopusdata/Images, however, so if you want to avoid getting duplicate copies of images when restoring a backup it probably still makes sense to put them in there. That's just from memory, though; if it's important to you, double-check in case I've got it wrong. )
