Where can I get the old v9 toolbar?
Right now I have no help menu (meaning place to check the version number).
I'm on v10.
Also, the File menu is simply a recap of my right click menu!
None of the good old File Commands like "Join" or "Split"

The help menu is the button on the far right (question mark image).
See Your old toolbars are still there after you upgrade for information about getting Opus 9 toolbars back.

Keep going... They are in the Tools menu, next but one from the File menu on the default toolbars.
