Thank you. Useful info in this thread. I recently added the Advanced FTP to my Dopus Licence and have been struggling with using my fresh OpenSSH Keys. After reading this thread I found that the puttygen were a bit hidden. You need to go to menu Key -> Parameters for saving file. There you can select pppk Version 2.

I am looking forward to the new SFTP code which hopefully will support the newer OpenSSH keys
