Why can't I remove "help" from hotkeys?

I noticed that the alt-F1 hotkey was already taken by Opus help. I can't seem to delete it, only change the hotkey to something else.

For now I just made it some improbably combination, but it seems a bit strange that it can't be removed altogether.

Use the "Clear"-Function (see screenshot)

Thanks, that sorted it out. It doesn't explain why the delete button is greyed out though...

"Toolbar" type hotkeys cannot be deleted from the Customize - Keys list; only standalone hotkeys can be deleted directly from there.

This is, when I set clear the hotkey for it, it is deleted. It is no longer in the list.

Also, when upgrading to the latest version of Opus, it was re-created.

So, you can definitely delete it, just not with the delete button and not permanently.

It would be re-created if you're using the default menus/toolbars and the installer replaces them. Not sure if the installer does that but that would explain it. If the installer does overwrite any toolbars then you should find the previous versions in a backup folder below /dopusdata/Buttons.

(Personally, I've turned off the default menu/toolbar and use my own ones with different names.)
