Why can't I use pinyin?

In my version of DO, I encountered two issues. I cannot use pinyin support in new version of DO to filter files. And the viewer makes no changes when I import OIT(Oracle Viewer Technology)vw-8-5-5-win-x86-64.zip (32.3 MB) to multiview.

But all of them work well in my friend's Pro version of DO. Is it because my version of DO is standard? And I need an update?

By "standard version", do you mean Opus Light?

According to your forum account, you have Opus Pro as well.

If that's correct then you should have the same functionality and any differences.are probably down to configuration or something different between the two machines (e.g. the Oracle DLLs may not be the same).

But my version doesn't contain advance ftp or usb support which another version of DO in my country with higher price contains. Should I buy the ultimate version or buy it directly from this website instead of from my country's websites so that the issues above can be solved?

The Advanced FTP and USB Export add-ons won't affect how Pinyin is handled, nor the MultiView plugin. You don't need to buy anything extra for Pinyin or MultiView.

(The add-ons are described here, but they don't affect anything in the program outside of the areas they're related to.)

If PinYin isn't working check you have it turned on from Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced [Behavior]: pinyin_support.
