This is my settings , I set all the confirm options , but when I delete the file , no any confirm messagebox tips show to me , dopu just delete without any tips, is this a bug? I use "shift+delete"
How are you doing the deletion?
select the file , than key down "shift+delete", than the file just delete directly without any confirm.
You have the Recycle Bin turned off in Preferences, which changes the default meaning of Shift+Delete.
Recycle Bin enabled:
- Delete: Delete to Recycle Bin.
- Shift+Delete: Delete directly, bypassing the Recycle Bin.
Recycle Bin disabled:
- Delete: Delete directly, with confirmations (if any are enabled in Prefs).
- Shift+Delete: Delete directly, without confirmations.
You can change the Delete button on the toolbar (or via the Hotkeys list) to alter that, or turn the Recycle Bin back on. If the Recycle Bin is off in Prefs, there's no reason to use Shift+Delete unless you want to skip the confirmations.

The second one highlighted in red in your screenshot, that says "Delete to Recycle Bin where possible".
