Why Opus doesn't show some icons?

I have a strange problem with Directory Opus 12 and hope somebody can shed a light.

Opus doesn't show thumbnails for several application's file. But when I open file explorer in windows, all thumbnails are there and there's no problem at all.
Here's a screen shot of the same folder in Opus Vs Windows File Explorer.

Those are icons rather than thumbnails.

Looks like a network drive, so you probably have this option turned on and just need to turn it off:

Thanks for your quick support and yes, I meant the icons. Sorry for the confusion.

It's a mapped network drive as you guessed.
I turned the option you suggested OFF. But now OPUS takes 40 seconds to show the icons for 8 files in a folder while Windows File explorer shows it in a blink of an eye.

Is there anything else that I can do?

The icons come from Windows so if they are taking that long something strange is happening, possibly with the icon handler for that file type (although I don't know why it would be different for Opus and Explorer), or possibly with antivirus or firewall software treating Opus differently.

I think SolidWorks has an option to generate previews for the individual files as their icons (via its icon handler shell extension), which could cause the whole file to be read over the network and then processed. Maybe it is trying to do that and failing for some reason, falling back on the basic file type icons, but I can only really guess. Opus ultimately just asks windows for the icon for each file path, and the rest is up to the OS and installed icon handlers, as well as things like antivirus that can get involved with all operations.

It's also possible Explorer took a long time the first time it generated the icons, and then cached them, but I'd expect the same to be true after the first time the folder is read in Opus as well if that is the case.

Solidworks Show thumbnail graphics in windows explorer is set to OFF.
This trouble is showing for the past two or three days and before that everything was just fine.

I'll try Solidworks Forum to see if there's anything else I can do.
