Why the different folder format show in same location?

my Left File Display says

The Current folder Format comes from: Default for Local Drives
That Means Which format I have done in Here:

the column are same and the Background Image is also matched what I have selected from the Local Drives - Edit Format Dialog box >> Options >> Images ....That's fine I understand.
But in My Right File Display I am in the same location and here the folder format is different. Why it's different?
My Right File display says:

The Current folder Format comes from: Edited by user
What does that mean Edited by user?
Where does I do that kind's of Editing?
How Can I fix This?

Right-click the format lock on the status bar, then choose Reset to folder's format.

If the folder tab came from a layout or folder tab groups, resave it afterwards.

(Or, if it's a layout, turn on the option to ignore the folder formats saved inside it, if you don't want them overriding the normal ones. There is also a similar option for the Default Lister.)

Where does I do that kind's of Editing?

It means it has been modified in some way since the folder was displayed, which could mean adding columns or changing the sort order or lots of things.
