Win 10 Start Menu Tiles

Hello All,
I would like to create a tile on my win 10 start menu that starts an Opus Lister which points to a specific folder with a specific layout.

How does one go about this? I'm aware the one can pin things to the start menu but I still can't seem to achieve what I desire. I have looked into the Opus manual but there is so much there that I'm getting lost.

I see that using the "dopusrt.exe" application accepts commands that I can pass along to Dopus but I'm still lost. Can anyone send me in the correct direction for accomplishing what I'm trying to do?

Do you have a button, that does what you want? That'd be a good start and great help.

What do you mean by a "Button"?

I have made shortcuts on my desktop and then pinned them to the start menu as a tile but once a tile the tile is no longer an editable object. If I unpin it and go back the the shortcut on my desktop I can now edit the shortcut so I guess my real question is how do I create a shortcut that points to a specific folder and at the same time uses a specific layout of my choosing using Opus.

The Pin to Start entry should be in the context menu of any folder in Opus.

Some more info........
I created a shortcut on my desktop with the target defined as "C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\dopusrt.exe" /acmd Prefs LAYOUT="George's" . I used the "Change Icon ..." button to select an icon of my own creation. Now if I pin this shortcut to the start menu as a Tile I'm presented with the Opus Lister that I expected. It appears that the directory that I wanted to open is buried in the Layout.

It appears that I found the answer to my question but if anyone has any comments or improvements to my solution they are welcome.
