Windows 11 and batch-files

Did I miss something? Since Win 11 nothing happens on double-clicking .bat-files (in DO and also in Explorer). Also on right-click & open nothing happens. How to fix?

Roll back to Windows 10? :grinning:

But is nothing at all happening or do you just not see the command prompt appear? If the batch file is really short then you might not see it at all. I'd expect Windows to ask how you want to run the file if the association was damaged to stop it doing the normal thing.

Could also be antivirus blocking some or all .bat files (if they're in certain folders, maybe) from running.
