I'm using a floating toolbar as replacement for a jumplist icon.
Only now, since DO10, windows 7 shutdown hangs on that floating toolbar. I have to choose for 'forcing' to shut down.
How to solve this problem?

Does exiting Opus hang in the same way on your system? If it does, you can use Process Explorer to see which thread(s) are still running, which might indicate what's blocking shutdown. (It may or may not be a thread started by Opus itself.) I can explain how to check that using Process Explorer if needed.
What if the floating toolbar is closed? (i.e. Is the floating toolbar actually involved or is it just the only open window from the process and what Windows reports if dopus.exe cannot exit for some reason?)
(It may be connected to the problems you're seeing with PGPDisk, FWIW. May be unrelated.)
While testing now on your directions, the problem disappeared.
I really repeated the problem before several times .
I will soon test PGP as well.
