Windows Explorer Replacement

Good day,

I am currently evaluating Directory Opus on a Windows 7 32 bit machine and am having difficulty with the Windows Explorer replacement option. I have it set to the Pro version and have it configured to replace Windows explorer, and yet when I click on directory path links through Outlook it is opening Explorer rather than Directory Opus. Since I now (rightly) detest Windows Explorer, I'm hoping there is a way around this.

Thank you!

Does Explorer Replacement work in general, and only fail within Outlook?

If so, it is possible that Outlook is explicitly running explorer.exe instead of opening the folder with the system's default file manager.

Dangit. I believe that's what it is, because I just clicked a link in Word and it worked just fine.

As a side note, if that's not priority support, then your priority support must be phenomenal. Thank you very much!
