Windows mail new contacts

DOpus9.1 opens new contacts in Vista Windows Mail but the toolbar does not show New Contacts.
How does one add New Contacts to Windows Mail via DOpus?
If not possible, how can DOpus be prevented from opening New Contacts without disturbing any other DOpus settings?

Right-click the file display (in an empty space) and use New -> Contact, similarly to how you would create a new text file.
