Windows Seven 7 Problem

With Opus installed on a windows seven machine, the programs work. But there is one problem. I can't access the control panel. I have tried everything and I still can't access the control Panel. Someone please help me

Opus does not support Windows 7 at this stage.

Turn of the "replace explorer" setting.
