Zip - Always use EFS (UTF-8 Filenames)

Right now, Directory Opus automatically detects if the filename needs to be encoded as UTF-8 while creating the zip.

Unfortunately, I'm running into problems where my zip files are not being extracted properly in POSIX systems using UTF-8 if filenames contain valid latin accented characters. These filenames are not encoded using UTF-8 and are extracted using the original encoding.

Can we have an option to have Directory Opus always encode files in UTF-8 and always set the EFS flag (Bit-11) in the general flags of the Central directory?
