I am a pensioner living in Lancashire, England. I have thru my life been a garage owner, race car builder, race/rally/Rallycross driver and latterly a Computer Consultant. I gained my Private pilots License on my 17th birthday, and flew various GA types of aircraft from Tiger Moths thru Piper Tripacer and Aircoupe in the early days to Cessna 172 and Cessna182's where I acted as a parachute club pilot and latterly a model helicopter flier.

My computing career started with an HND when I was 40 years old, which got me a position with the US Ashton Tate company who developed Dbase II, III & IV. I left them as UK Technical Director to move into Consultancy, and this led me to first developing an Email app in the very early days of the Internet thru to various Internet program such as a global Fax system which led me to move and live in Florida for nearly 10 years so I could sell my software to US corporate markets.
