I think it's a bug. Snychronization doesn't copy attributes of folders when the Button in the comparison results dialog is used. When I close the dialog and use the Sync button of the Synchronisation panel instead the attributes are copied.
Here it does not seem to make a difference which button is used, only whether the folder is empty or not.
Is it the same for you?
Yes it's the same here. The attribut "r" will only be copied to empty folders.
I think it should be copied also to folders with content like the Copy command does.
