Saving a lister as default

I'm currently using v12 Light and can't seem to figure out how to save my current lister layout as default.

I'd like everything to reset to my predefined file/folder locations when I start Opus.
Currently, wherever I left off is the location I'm forced to start with.

There must be a way to save a default starting point and/or layout right?
