  1. When I click the drive (on the drive tool bar)I get many file fields that I don’t require such as “author”, “type” etc. Removing does not stop the filed re-appearing when I click the drive icon again. How do I get only the fields I require?
  2. The drive icons are duplicated on the tool bar: I get two “C”, “D” drive icons etc. How do I get only one?

  1. Please follow the Folder Formats: Quick Guide.

  2. Editing the Toolbar walks you through the steps to delete buttons from the toolbar. Each set of drive buttons is likely generated by a single "placeholder" button which you'll see when in Customize mode, so you'll probably only need to delete one thing.
