From the crash log you sent, the crash is happening inside this DLL:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ACD Systems\PicaView\ACDSeePV.dll
Try updating PicaView first.
If you still see problems, and don't want to uninstall it entirely, you can remove its shell extension using ShellExView (details in the guide Jon linked).
It may also be worth sending the crash log to ACD Systems so they can look at it and see if they have a bug to fix.
