13.25 Installer Corrupted & Missing Digital Signature

Reporting an issue with the latest 13.25 installer.

The package I downloaded manually via the Download manually link on the
official 13.25 page
(MD5: 02d3009806a7d0d62d67fe374b43c515) fails to install, showing the error: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

Additionally, this specific file lacks a digital signature.

For comparison, an older 13.25 installer I downloaded two days ago (MD5: 17b717e92cd74e4fa04655d3823d13b2) installs without any problems and has a valid digital signature.

Thanks, when I posted, I'd re-downloaded it three times, all with the same MD5, so I assumed a server-side issue.
I just tried again just now and it works fine now

By the way, do you still make modifications to the installation package with the same version number after the version update has been released? Because I noticed that the signing date has changed, the signing time is about three days later.
