Darker Colors, a lot of toggles, special toolbars, special buttons... It's not totally functional yet, I don't know the commands a lot, but it's fun and nice to work with... 
In the 2nd screenshot, you can make your thumbnails look nicer if you turn on Preferences / Listers / Thumbnails: High quality image scaling.
If you like dark window borders etc. (and don't mind orange) you might like the Zune theme that Microsoft put out recently:

I didn't like the Zune theme myself since I think it looks nasty having black window borders around silver/grey window contents (even the scrollbars are still silver) but that's a matter of taste.
