A minor error in Changelog

I noticed a minor error in the release notes regarding the Select RESTORE command.
The correct parameter name should be ignorepath, not ignorepaths.
This error appears in both the 13.21 and 13.20.4 release notes.

The ignorepaths switch allows selections to be "copied" from one folder to another - files are matched only on their filename rather than the whole path.

Additionally, I would like to know about the update frequency of the User Manual. Specifically, when will the new commands/parameters be added to the manual?
