Activate the file-display under mouse with a scroll on a dual-file-display

I am splitting the other post I wrote as noticed that it should be 1 request per post.

I have a dual-file-display window which is active, and I want to change which file display has focus (and active/source states) within it, by moving the mouse wheel over it.

It speeds up my workflow and I don't need to worry about clicking in a place where I don't loose the currently selected files.

An option for this will be in the next beta:

Preferences / File Displays / Mouse / Mouse wheel to switch source/destination state
