Add a new folder to multiple folders

I have a master folder for my tenants.

Tenants
Tenant 1
Name
Address
Tenant 2
Name
Address

I want to add two empty folders (photos and legal) to the existing structure.

Tenant 1
Name
Address
Photos
Legal
Tenant 2
Name
Address
Photos
Legal

Can DOPUS do this?
