Add Custom Buttons without Hotkeys to Locate Toolbar

I feel it would helpful include empty hotkey buttons in the filter categories for the Customize > Keys search. Perhaps this could be a simple checkbox to Include / Exclude Commands without hotkeys near the Search Commands input box.

You can search for commands on the Default Toolbars tab. (For non-default toolbars, people usually know where things are since they put them there themselves.)
