Add month and year in sequence

Hi,
I need help. I have not found anything like that I can adapt here on the forum.

How can I rename in sequence using the month and year, inserting from which date to leave? (the month is also fine in full)

blablabla - Jan 2019
blablabla - Feb 2019
....
blablabla - Mar 2020
