It would be nice to have multiline support for the busy indicator as the space is running out for me. I also see no way to modify the "Querying file and folder information" text.

Since you're on it, you might also want to reconsider this other suggestion.
Also, if the text could support markup (like in a markup control), that would be great.
I'm not quite sure what you mean, sorry. Where are you running out of space?
Id like to be able to manually set the "Datei- und Orderinformationen..." to "Calculating column...." Because puttting this to the same line as the progress this becomes too cluttered. Maybe it gets a little more clear from the gif in the thread Busy indicator include file for script columns
