Add Release Date in Change Attribute and Timestamps panel?

AFAIK the Change Attributes and TimeStamps panel has no option to "Copy from">VideoCreated

I assume VideoCreated corresponds with Movies>Release Date, which, regretfully, is not available as a selectable option in the Change Attributes panel.

Maybe worthwhile considering to add this?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I think this may help you:

In the metadata panel, you can copy the file Created Date to the Release date field.
