This is a context menu when you right-click on a file or folder. When you click on “Add to Favorites” it should add it to Directory Opus favorites, but instead it adds it to File Explorer favorites. I thought it was related to the topic, as it affects the Jump List shortcut, which receives the files and folders added to favorites.
What command does the menu item you added run?
Where can I see this? I couldn't find anything in the preferences search
Edit the menu item you added (it’s not there by default) via Settings > File Types.
I'm sorry, I don't understand. I don't remember adding any commands to run the context menu, or adding anything to it. I don't know how to check this, it's not clear to me.
That menu item doesn't exist by default so you must have added it, probably via Settings > File Types > All Folders.
If it runs Favorites ADD
then it'll add the current folder to favorites.
You would want Favorites ADD PATH={filepath}
instead to make it add the selected folder.
I access this menu as follows.
Preferences > Miscellaneous > Shell extensions > hide Windows & third-party items on file context menu (shift overrides).
