Add Toggle for Shift+Mouse Wheel Horizontal Scroll

Currently, Shift + mouse wheel is assigned to navigate back and forward. While useful, the more universal behavior for this shortcut is horizontal scrolling (as seen in Windows Explorer, browsers, etc.).

This is especially needed on smaller screens or when using the Dual Vertical layout.

Could we please have an option in settings to toggle the Shift + mouse wheel function between "Back/Forward" and "Horizontal Scroll"? This would allow users to choose the behavior they find most productive.

Thanks for the suggestion!

In the next beta we'll make it so if the Mouse wheel + Shift to navigate back and forward option is turned off, shift + wheel scrolls the file display horizontally instead.
