The Windows Media Player preview handler doesn't support auto-play. It's Microsoft's code and we can't change that.
Windows Media Player ActiveX control does, however, as long as the registry is set up properly, and you disable the preview handler.
Can i link the media preview window to other players? Such as pot player
Only players that are Preview Handlers or ActiveX controls (or Opus plugins).
