Adding Windows 11 APP to button or toolbar

I would like to add windows app (Snipping Tool) to a button, but I am not sure how to do it. If I drag the icon in applications I get it entered as IDC and that will break when the tool updates. Is there any other way? Entering command: @command start ms-screenclip: does't work.

How can I know this for other apps? Name of the pp without spaces?

I think the easiest way would be to check its name in the Task Manager -- Properties (it's case insensitive and you can omit the .exe extension).
