Admin Delete - Or

I'm trying to delete a folder, "I:$RECYCLE.BIN", from an older hard drive. It looks like a system folder,
"I:$RECYCLE.BIN", with no value to me. There are many times when I try to delete a folder or file and I get the following:

User Account Control
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
Directory Opus 12
Verified Publisher: GP Software
File Origin: Hard drive on this computer

I have tried couple of ways to create a button with no luck. My last attempt was (Delete FAILNOTEMPTY NORECYCLE).

I could not find anything in the manual that relates to Admin Delete.

You shouldn't normally delete that folder. It's part of the recycle bin and managed by the operating system.

I'm just trying to clean up hard drives that are not even being used, connected, so only what I feel is necessary is left on the drive. I thought that was probably a system folder.

But there are many times that I tried to delete a folder or a file in the system will not let me. Following is an example of a message I might get. And as far (You require permission from S-1-5-21... ) I don't have a clue.

I thought there was some kind of a hotkey combination I used in the past with Opus to delete a troublesome file or folder.

It looks like you need to take ownership of the folder (it's a NTFS permissions feature).
Here is one example of how to go about it.
