Sorry for what I am sure is a redundant thread but I have looked for 1/2 hour for the answer...
How do I toggle DO9 between normal and admin modes? How can I make a button to toggle?
Go to Settings -> Customize -> Commands, type admin into the filter at the bottom, then drag the only matching item to your toolbar/menu.
