Either I'm dumb or this feature doesn't work:
Trying to select several files in a Collection by the Advanced Selection dialogue doesn't find any selectable files. I chose "Location", "Match", eg "mid" in wildcards mode or anything else.
Any ideas?

Can you post a screenshot showing exactly what you're trying to do ?
yeah, sure.
eg here, it should find the word "Fuzz" in the collection's files' locations (right apostrophes ? 
). But nothing gets selected.
Confirmed. Doing the same thing in a normal directory does work but not in a collection and not in Flat View either.
yes, the flat view was the other case i tried. doesn't make much of a sense to do it on a normal directory 
should i send a bug report via the webinterface?
Leo has already filed a report for both cases.
