All my icons and thumbnails are gone after removing dopus?

I removed dopus (13.17) this morning and after restarting all my icons were gone from the screen. Also everything is gone in windows explorer.

I wonder if removing dopus caused all this?

Any suggestions? (I am a newby to dopus)

Opus doesn't have anything to do with how File Explorer gets its thumbnails.
