Allow Icaros to handle file types other than videos

Currently, Opus only allows Icaros to cache video file thumbnails; only when I browse an images folder in File Explorer do the images get added to Icaros' cache database. In the future, I'd like to see Opus allow Icaros handle the generation and caching of image thumbnails.

- Directory Opus v12.23.3 Beta x64 Build 7752
- Icaros 3.2.0
- Windows 10 v20H2 OS Build 19042.870

What do you want this for? In which way is Icaros better at making a thumbnail of a JPG than Opus?

I was operating under false assumptions of how caching works on Windows.

I can't think of a compelling reason, other than a possible benefit from Icaros storing its own cache, which it claims is useful for displaying thumbnails almost as quickly in the case of Windows having deleted its own thumbnail caches.
