"AMD64" in Description column

Hello! I have Directory Opus 12:

Directory Opus Pro 12.9 Build 6724 x64
OS 6.1 (B:7601 P:2 T:1) SP 1.0 "Service Pack 1"

In Detail View I see in the in the Description column of an .EXE file:

Does this mean that this program will run only on computers with AMD CPU? Or will it run also on computers with Intel CPU?

PS: Even my DOpus EXE shows "AMD64" in the Description column.

It just means 64 bit. Also known as x64 or x86-64. The original 64 bit extensions for 32 bit CPUs were created by AMD, hence the name.

Aren't 64-bit EXEs NATIVE machine code, while 32-bit programs run in a Windows emulator?
