I use the shift key to get the Windows Context menu to show up but sometimes I need them to stay and I get tired of the shift key, any button ideas that I can create to toggle between opus only context menus and Windows context menus ?

Also, you can add a sub-menu which runs this command so that you can always get to the removed Windows (etc.) items via a sub-menu of the main context menu:
