If a large archive file is opened, it will not be readable. It is normal to use RAR to decompress, but OPUS's built-in plugin does not work.
That's a self-extracting RAR archive (.sfx.exe). I don't think we support opening those, only normal RAR archives. You'd need to open it in WinRAR instead.

We'd need a copy of the file to see why it doesn't open.
Having ".sfx.exe" in the filename still seems suspicious to me, like it has been renamed or maybe incorrectly converted from a SFX exe.
