Avoid Ctrl key to show file properties

I have set Ctrl-Fxx to start creating a screenshot using SnagIt.
When I need to create a screenshot whilst being within Directory Opus, then the ctrl will show a pop-up with file properties.

How to avoid that?
i.e. ctrl key nót to show the properties pop-up.

Under Preferences / File Displays / Options / Enable file InfoTips in ... set the Keyboard delay to a very large number.
