Back, Forward, Up, Home, Refresh buttons don't work properly

These toolbar buttons:

All display the label even though the show label is unchecked.
All display the hotkeys even though the show hotkeys is unchecked.
The first 3 display an info line as a result of Hold or Right-Click to drop down being checked on the Edit... context menu that I don't know how to remove without changing the functionality.

This is a picture of the Home key code but I've set them all the same.

None of the buttons are displaying labels. They only have icons in your screenshot, no labels.

Turning off a button's label doesn't remove the label from the tooltip, if that's what you mean.

"Show hotkey in label" is turned off. That doesn't affect the tooltip, only the button's label, which is hidden anyway.

Showing the button's label and hotkey is the entire point of the tooltips. If you don't want any of the information the tooltips display, you can turn them off entirely under Preferences / Toolbars.

I guess I'm confused as to when it's a tooltip and when it's a label and why the need for both if they can show the same thing?

If I turn off tootips then I also lose those on more obscure button functions but these buttons are by no means obscure. Can I manage a single button's tooltip?

In searching for tooltips in preferences it won't find a search for "tip" without a space in the setting text like " tip" or "tip" being at the beginning of a line. It won't match "tooltip" in the setting text so you won't get that result.

A search for "tool" will find "tooltip" as long as a space procedes " tool" or again it's at the beginning of a line but it won't show the actual setting outlined in red just the index. I'm not sure what determines which side gets outlined in red and why?

It will find "tooltip" again as long as it has a space before it or it's at the beginning of a line and it will outline the setting in red but not the index which is not really important since you should only be seeing matched indexes that have the result on the text side.
