Base (Radix) Conversion

Dialog to convert between the 3 bases that JScript supports and binary.
Plus 2 bonus number systems.
Something to play with whilst managing files.

Was written on a 4K display at 100% scaling. Not sure how it will look on small displays.
Also needs Directory Opus version 13.3 or later as uses Control.charcase to change the letter case of an edit control.

I have to say the code of this script is really nice, tidy and has lots of useful comments, I encourage anyone learning JScript (or has interest in programming in general) to take a look.

Wow, don't know if I ever will need this but as @bytespiller already said, it would become handy anytime soon!
