I need to copy my C-Drive, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, to my formatted NTSF F-Drive. The C-Drive mostly will have a few open programs running. I would like to have Opus 13 accomplish this if possible. I tried a straight copy of the C to F with not much luck.

What is the aim of the copy? To have all the data files? Or to have a full backup of the system drive which you could restore or boot from if the main drive went wrong?
Backing up just the data files shouldn't require copying the whole drive, just the folders with data in them, which should usually be something you can copy normally without issues.
To do a full backup of the system drive while the OS is running from it requires backup software. It's not something Opus can do.
Git it.
I out grew my C-Drive, SSD, and need to replace it with a bigger SSD.
You need a disk imaging tool for that kind of job. Macrium Reflect is one I've used successfully a couple of times in the last few years, and has a free trial.
Some manufacturers offer free tools for Data Migration, e.g. Samsung:
Almost every SSD manufacturer offers a free program to copy your old drive to their drive through a USB connection. I suggest checking the web site the maker of your new SSD.
I love https://rescuezilla.com/ as long as it fits via shrinking ur portions you can clone ur system\install onto both smaller and larger drives. I've used this on Linux and windows, perfect every time. Very simple. It's the only back up \ move method I've used in a few years.
It's a GUI on https://clonezilla.org/ which is command line based.
Install that iso on a USB with Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way and u can clone then move any system & os, desktops, laptops and Ive even used it on mini handheld video game pcs.
Thanks for this. I'll give it a try.
Rescuezilla & Clonezilla [are the nearly the same thing] are wonderful. marcum & samsung & minitool & esuse & many other disk\portion tool are using this under the hood with their own priority extras and GUI piled on top of it.
its industry starnd without any of the extra "fluff" added to it yet so its incredibly fast and simple.
my c drive is portioned to around 320G on an ssd. i can clone it then move to another ssd in 30 mins flat! you just need a external disc to copy the compressed disc image to.
i discovered this tool when i tried to give on on windows and switched to linux for a couple years. once i used it i couldn't operate this rig with 9 hard drive and 3 OSs without it. ive moved all 3 OSs to new drives using it.
